About US

Central Florida Roofing and Sheet Metal Association

Mission Statement

To promote professionalism, competency, and quality workmanship in the roofing trade through qualified membership, informative and effective programs and community awareness; thereby establishing the roofing profession as a viable force in the central Florida construction industry and enhancing the image of the roofing profession to local government and the general public.

The Central Florida Roofing and Sheet Metal Association was established in 1955 as an affiliate of the Florida Roofing Sheet Metal & Air Conditioning Contractors Association. Although our goals are similar, CFRSA deals with issues that affect our members on the local level. We are comprised of licensed roofing and sheet metal contractors, as well as a number of associate members, which include suppliers, manufactures, and other companies that are involved with the roofing industry.

The goals of the CFRSA are to educate our members on the always changing laws and codes, through seminars and an array of guest speakers. To establish relationships with the local building officials that result in a better working environment for all of us. To improve the image of the roofing industry through community involvement and charity projects.

Many of our officers and members are also very involved with the FRSA. We have committee members, members of the board of directors and past and future presidents. This enables us to gather a wealth of information from contractors all over the state to bring back and share with our members. We are dedicated to the roofing industry, by promoting professionalism and education to all of our members and the public. We would like to encourage anyone involved in the construction industry to attend one of our monthly meetings to find out more of what this association has to offer.

Sincerely,
CFRSA Board of Directors
